
AP Program
AP courses occur at the grade 12 level and are designed to provide students with background and knowledge equivalent to a first-year university course. They allow students the opportunity for enriched, intensive study in one or more subjects of interest and strength. Based on their performance on the standardized AP exam, students may earn a transfer credit, advanced placement or both for university.

Philip has a Bachelor of Education and is a member of the Ontario College of Teachers since 1987. He is a graduate of the University of Montreal’s Teachers College with additional training in special needs education at McGill University. He is also a certified TESL teacher. In addition to having taught at the secondary school levels in both Quebec and Ontario, Phil was, for many years, the creator of distance education courses and educational films for TvOntario, senior editor for National Geographic and senior editor for discovery channel.

Hakan Oztunc,Ph.D. in Statistics and Econometrics
Dr. Hakan has a Ph.D. in Statistics and Econometrics. For nearly 6 years he taught math in US to secondary level and for five years he taught math and statistics in Turkey to university students. Dr. Hakan has worked in the field of education for more than 20 years in several countries. In addition to having taught at the secondary school and university levels, he is the author of math and statistics books. “The greatest chance of a person is to meet a great teacher when he/she was young.”
Ding Liu teaches Mathematics from Grades 9 to Grade 12. He earned a Bachelor of Commerce at Dalhousie University. He is specialized in preparing students for the CEMC - Waterloo Math Contest. TCA ranked 38 nationally in the 2017 Euclid mathematics contest for grade 12 students held by University of Waterloo.

Paul Pu is a well-known computer education expert and IBM certified trainer. He has a Master of Computer Science from State University of New York. He has taught at the State University of New York, Humber College and Toronto Central Academy.
Di Dong is a well-known IT trainer and senior Java developer. Master of Computer Science from State University of New York. Di Doing is working full time in TELUS as a senior developer and BI specialist. Teaching is his hobby. He has been a part time IT trainer for the past 15 years.
