Application process

Step 1. Fill out the Application Form
Step 2. Pay Application Fee Online
The non-refundable application fee is $195 for international students.
Step 3. Send a copy of transcripts to [email protected]
The following steps apply to International Students only.
Step 4. TCA issues Pre-admission letters to Student
The Pre-admission letters are issued after the application form and application fee are received.
Step 5. Pay Tuition
Students pay tuition as specified in the pre-admission letters (2014-2015 tuition fee is $15,800 CAD/year). The tuition fee is fully refundable if the student visa application is refused by the embassy.
Step 6. TCA issues acceptance letter to student
After the tuition fee is received, an acceptance letters will be issued to the student.
Step 7. If the Student is under 18 years old, TCA and the Student's Parents Complete Notarized Custodian-Declaration Letters

Students may choose their own guardians, or request the school to arrange for guardianship. The guardian fee is $1000 CAD/year if the school arranges for guardianship.
Step 8. The Student Applies for a Student Visa
Students may choose to apply for a student visa through intermediary agents or through TCA. The average market price agency fee is around 2,400CAD, whereas TCA's visa application fee is 2,000 CAD per case . To date TCA has a 100% success rate in obtaining student visas for international students, therefore it is strongly recommended that students use TCA to ensure success in obtaining a visa to study in Canada. Step 9. Student Accommodation
Students and parents may choose their preferred accommodation. Choices include the school condominium, school-owned house, home-stay, or to live with relatives. The school condominium and house are 5 to 10 minutes walking distance from the school. Each modern condominium has two or three single bedrooms, a shared living room, and a kitchen. The rent(not including food) is around $850 CAD per month. Each house has three to five single bedrooms, a shared living room, and a kitchen. The rent(not including food) is around $650 CAD per month. Students must sign a one-year contract and also pay one year's rent fee. Students are encouraged to book their preferred accommodation two months in advanced in order to secure the accommodations. A good choice of Western-style and Chinese restaurants, as well as a large modern shopping mall is located nearby.
Step 10. Students Health Insurance
Students are required to buy Health Insurance. The insurance fee is around $500 per year. The insurance fee must be paid to the school before student arrives in Canada. The school will buy insurance for students in advance to ensure the insurance is in effect when the student arrives in Canada.
Step 11. TCA Provides Airport Pickup
TCA will meet international students at Pearson International Airport to take them to their accommodation in Toronto. The service is free of charge.
Step 12. Orientation
Orientation activities take place on first day of your arrival at the school. At this time the student will meet the principal, student advisors, teachers, and your classmates. The student will also be introduced to the school and its resources.
Step 13. English Assessment
The English as Second Language Program (ESL) has five levels starting from ESLAO to ESLEO. The school will assess the student's English proficiency to decide which level he/she will be placed in
